Oh’ idk my bff Jill? That commercial was the talk of the month. “Idk” is used on i.m, myspace, sneding e mail, etc. “Idk” is just a shorter, more convient way to say “I don’t know”. “Idk” makes typing faster, while still getting your point across. It is more informal, everyday use of diction; however, “I don’t know” is used in a more formal setting.

People cheering
Dancing and singing,
Out in the distance
A black car with flags,
A man steps out,
Waving with a smile
Flags are flying with joy.
Auditory Imagery January 14, 2008
*My inspiration for writing this journal using auditory imagery was the ocean basically. On one particular day i was walking along the shore and i stopped, sat down in the sand and listened.*
I looked into the distance, my eyes met the ocean. My breath slowed. I heard the ocean roaring and crashing into the sand. Sand pipers racing along the shore each foot step got louder. The sound of children laughing and splashing in the water warmed my heart. There was the sound of boats entering and leaving the horizon. And a lovely sent of salt water filled the air.
My Declaration January 14, 2008
My Declaration
In the course of human events, it becomes important for young men and women to have more freedom in high school. These truths are self-evident: in which all men and women are created equal; they have certain rights; life, happiness, and the freedom of speech. School administrators have banned young men and women of these rights; to prove this, let the facts be known to the world.
From today forward they will allow the students to exercise their freedom of speech by allowing them to speak up in class and voice his or her opinions whether right or wrong. They will allow them to pursue any career pathway they want. Allowing the students to choose their own classes that they feel will benefit them more in the end. They will not withhold any of their rights, in which have been given to the most ignorant man. If in a class the student has a right to voice his or her opinion about the subjects that are debated in class. The student will become more voiced and knowledgeable. They will restore all things lost: confidence, freedom of speech, opinion and their will to lead a free life. The laws mentioned will be in effect until a different course of human events take place. The young men and women have rights and privileges which belong to them as citizens of the United States.

Salt air filling my noise as I breathe in. Water touching my skin as I dive in. Loud birds arguing over fish. Salt water kissing my lips as I swim. The ocean, what a wonderful sight. I feel as if everything is calm, quite and nothing bad is happening. The ocean makes me feel free, I’m one with it. The ocean and I are in sync.
